Hey, you!

You've found my site! Truth be told, I'm not sure exactly what kind of life this is going to take on, but I've always loved writing, whether it be music, poetry, or papers for college (or for myself because I'm a bit of a nerd). Therefore, I figured, why the hell not put it all in one place for people to see?

I've always been a big believer in throwing everything you've got at the wall until something sticks, and it doesn't have to be your primary money-maker to "stick." You just have to love it, and the more I grow, the more I realize that if I spend my life chasing the more practical, financially-driven aspects of my art, the less I enjoy the process of actually making art, which is kind of the whole point. I've always loved the process of taking my raw emotions and abstract thoughts and trying to make sense of them through poetry and music, but it's really easy to get wrapped up in others' digestion of what I have to say at times when I'm feeling particularly anxious.

I usually get hit with imposter syndrome really hard when this happens because I feel like such a fraud, always trying to encourage others to be more of themselves when I struggle to do it myself. That's why I'm here now though. I think it's important for everyone to share what feels worthy, so I hope that by reading what I have to say, you're inspired to share more of what you love too.
